This song looks at the effects of Covid on families and loved ones without having physical contact perhaps they may even forget who you are.....

When I write, I get a vocal melody first and the lyrics arrive at the same time, usually just one phrase and then it grows. So I always know what I am going to sing. This was very different for me.

Luis sent me an instrumental track together with his lyrics but I struggled to find a vocal melody to suit it and after trying, I told him I would have to decline, Not to be put off, Luis sent me another track but this time said I could write all the lyrics and do what I wanted with it, I knew that Luis was wanting a song about Covid so I decided to keep to the same theme and eventually found a melody that I thought worked, I wrote the lyrics but I also wanted to include some of LuisetozA’s so I used a phrase from the previous song “The Breeze Doesn’t Touch Her Face”
It was really lovely to work with Luisetoza, he is such a great talent and an absolute pleasure. We are both happy with how it turned out and I hope you enjoy it. ❤️🌹
